1) Fees for individual training or coaching are due without deductions after provision of services within 14 days of invoicing, or, depending on the service and agreements made, in advance, i.e. before services are rendered. Payment in installments will be agreed for longer-term projects. Our fees include preparation, implementation, and follow-up for training or coaching.
2) Participants take part at their own risk and responsibility.
3) Scheduling changes made by the Client: For cancellation of appointments later than four weeks before the event, we usually charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the project value, this rises to 80% for cancellations later than one week before the event. As for rescheduling, we will try to find an optimal solution for both sides. For changes that occur later than one week prior to the event, we normally charge 25% of the value of any project.
4) Scheduling changes made by Christina Merl: If an event cannot be carried out due to cancellation by the trainer, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients are not entitled to performance of the event nor reimbursement of expenses of any kind (such as travel costs, hotel costs, etc.). Clients may choose between rescheduling or free cancellation.
5) Clients agree to appear on a list of references for TalkShop.cc.
6) Clients are required to pay tuition fees before the first session, at the latest. For online services, there is no right of withdrawal after receiving services.
